• Material: Stretchy PVC (outer layer) and Durable Latex (inner layer round balloons). Transparency of the 24" Clear Deco Bubble (outer layer): 100%
• This balloon is filled with 5" Mini Standard Fashion Color Round Latex Balloons (6pcs) and 5" Mini Reflex Color Round Latex Balloons in Reflex Gold, Fashion Pastel Dusk Cream, & Fashion Pastel Dusk Laurel Green and dressed with 1pc tassel tail in Eucalyptus (measures 35cm in height) 
• Inflated with Helium Gas
