Dont judge the book by the cover
I find this is product sold and displayed rather deceiving. Unlike the picture which was showcased, the actual product came in a pack of 5 all folded and you need to tear them out piece by piece with VERY MUCH DIFFICULTY without tearing it, WORST of all were the silver "plastic" tassles" which tears SO VERY EASILY and nothing came out of it! It would definitely be more appreciated and further recommended if tassles will come just like the picture as shown. Out of the 20 I purchased only 2/3's could be used but used not like the displayed only can spread out like a tutu cos ONLY one string was given per 10 tassles purchased.
