This 16" Congratulations  Alphabet Foil Balloons Banner is a fuss free decoration for graduation party, wedding, baby shower or promotion. It's simple but clear and loud enough "Congratulations"! Ribbon for hanging is provided with the balloons, all you have to do is to string up each letter and hang it anywhere you want!

Choose Your Balloon Option:

(1) Normal Air-Filled (Recommended)

• We inflate it for you in perfect condition upon collection/delivery.
• Balloon will stay inflated for several weeks (balloons do not float).
• Each balloon has tabs on top for easy hanging.
• Ribbon for hanging and a straw for inflating (if needed) are included.
• You need to string the balloons up letter by letter upon receiving.

Why choose this option? We ensure the balloons are inflated perfectly, reducing the risk of defects or bursting.

(2) No Air-Filled (Flat Packaging)

• Balloon is sent flat (not inflated).
• Each balloon has tabs on top for easy hanging.
• Ribbon for hanging and a straw for inflating (if needed) are included.
• You need to string the balloons up letter by letter upon receiving.

 Important Note for Flat Packaging Option:

• If the balloon deflates, bursts, or has defects during your own inflation, the exchange must be done physically at our office during our operation hours. 

Warning: Adult supervision is required as uninflated balloons can be a choking hazard. Keep uninflated balloons out of reach from children and discard broken balloons. Do not inhale helium gas at all time, it can be a health hazard.
