1. Inflate all the balloons in different sizes (in random)

2. Pair up the balloons together to create a PAIR (doesn't need to be in the same size)

3. Join two pairs into a QUAD (doesn't need to be in the same size)

4. Tie each QUADs of balloons together with the string provided

5. Adjust the spacing of the balloons to your desired shape of the garland

6. Optional: Tie an elastic band (rubber band works too!) each end of the Balloon Garland

7. Attached the wall hooks to the specific placement using the adhesive tapes provided

8. Hook the garland to the wall hook and adjust according to your liking.
